These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 345wni ("345wni", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of our platform, website, services, betting facilities, casino products and any associated content.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of the 345wni platform — including registering an Account, placing a bet, playing a casino game or accessing any guide or educational content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of 345wni regardless of their location, device or means of access. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to you, including those of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an Account on 345wni, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and/or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on 345wni. Opening multiple accounts, including through the use of different names, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion agreement with 345wni or any partner platform at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and subsequently updated must be accurate, complete and truthful. You must promptly notify 345wni of any changes to your registered details.
• Local law compliance: You must satisfy yourself that accessing and using 345wni is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies in Pakistan; 345wni does not confirm the legality of gambling for any individual user and makes no representation regarding the legal status of gambling in Pakistan or any other territory.

To access the full range of 345wni Services, you must complete the account registration process, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested during the registration flow.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• All activity carried out under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 345wni immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that your Account details remain current and accurate at all times.

345wni reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that registration information is inaccurate, that eligibility requirements have not been met, or that the Account has been used for fraudulent or prohibited purposes.

All deposits to your 345wni Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 345wni accepts deposits in PKR where applicable; supported payment channels are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute confirmation that any such provider supports or endorses gambling deposits, and availability may change without notice.

• Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment processor.
• 345wni does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits — including BTC and USDT — are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations.
• 345wni reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account if it determines that the source of funds is unlawful or associated with fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 345wni's standard cashier procedures. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC), satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that the Account is in good standing.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• The Account name must exactly match the name on the receiving payment account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to 345wni's internal review procedures. No guaranteed processing timelines are made.
• 345wni reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including as part of AML compliance obligations.
• Where bonus conditions have not been fully satisfied, the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that bonus may be forfeited on withdrawal.

345wni may offer various promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback rewards and loyalty incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on 345wni include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered users who meet all stated requirements, including minimum deposit thresholds (illustrative example: PKR 1,000), age verification and account standing requirements.
• Each eligible user may claim each distinct bonus offer once only unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative examples of wagering multipliers (e.g., 10x, 20x) are published in individual promotion terms and are not guaranteed fixed values.
• The maximum stake permitted during an active bonus is set out in individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this threshold may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by product type. Slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Specific rates are published per promotion.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be automatically removed from the Account upon expiry.

All bets placed and games played on 345wni are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. General principles applicable to all betting and gaming activity on 345wni include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or data feed disruption, 345wni reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's Account.
• Odds and prices are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Cricket betting markets — including those relating to PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published within those markets. References to these competitions are sporting context only; 345wni has no official partnership with PCB, any PSL franchise or the ICC.
• 345wni reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access or impose maximum payout caps on any Account at its sole discretion.
• Live and in-play betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended without notice during critical match events. Bets placed during suspension periods will be reviewed in line with the relevant market rules.

345wni is required to conduct identity and age verification checks in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. These checks may be triggered at registration, prior to first withdrawal, at intervals during account activity, or at any time 345wni reasonably deems necessary.

Documents typically requested during KYC include:

• Identity document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your name and residential address, dated within the past 90 days.
• Selfie / liveness check: A photograph or short video confirming that you are the person depicted in the submitted identity document.
• Source of funds: In certain circumstances, 345wni may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

345wni is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all users, including those based in cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We provide a range of tools designed to support responsible play.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit in PKR from your Account settings.
• Loss limits: Restrict your total losses over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual playing sessions.

• Using false, stolen or third-party identity documents during KYC or account registration.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise using 345wni to launder money.
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus structures, game mechanics or payout systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for legitimate human users.
• Exploiting software errors, latency, pricing errors or other technical vulnerabilities for profit.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, including from territories where gambling is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the 345wni platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 345wni staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

All intellectual property rights in the 345wni platform and its content — including but not limited to the brand name 345wni, logos, graphics, software, databases, text, articles, game interfaces and audio-visual materials — are owned by or licensed to 345wni and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any 345wni content without our prior written consent.

Trademarks and trade names of third parties — including game studios, payment providers and sports leagues — referenced on 345wni remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on 345wni does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wni excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from your participation in betting, gaming or promotional offers on the platform, including losses resulting from the inherent risk of gambling.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, data feed errors or system downtime that affect the availability or accuracy of odds, game outcomes or Account balances.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• The actions or content of third-party payment providers, game studios or sports data suppliers referenced or integrated into the platform.
• Any reliance placed on information, guides or educational content published on 345wni, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

345wni reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account and/or refuse access to the platform, in its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or to provide required KYC documentation.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in 345wni's internal policy.
• A request by law enforcement, regulatory authority or court order.
• A self-exclusion request by the Account holder.

Upon Account termination, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method, subject to completion of identity verification. Balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your Account for responsible-gambling reasons, please inform us so that we can apply appropriate self-exclusion measures and provide support resources.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345wni is licensed and operated, as applicable. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 345wni platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute-resolution mechanisms.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that gambling activity in Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. 345wni does not make any representation that its services are lawfully available to users in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction. Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with their applicable local law. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

345wni reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the 345wni platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account.
